纖維織物風管解決中央空調低溫送風難題
低溫(wen)送(song)風(feng),是相(xiang)對于(yu)常規空(kong)調送(song)風(feng)而(er)言的(de)。常規空(kong)調系統(tong)從空(kong)氣處理機(ji)組(zu)送(song)出(chu)來的(de)空(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)為15~18℃,而(er)低溫(wen)送(song)風(feng)系統(tong)送(song)出(chu)的(de)空(kong)氣溫(wen)度(du)一(yi)遍在(zai)4~13℃之間(jian),是隨著蓄冷(leng)技術的(de)發(fa)展而(er)出(chu)現的(de)一(yi)種空(kong)調方式。
人(ren)(ren)們(men)對(dui)舒適(shi)(shi)感(gan)和(he)室內(nei)空氣(qi)品(pin)質(zhi)的有(you)(you)關研究,已經表明采用大溫差(cha)低溫送(song)(song)風不(bu)僅具有(you)(you)明顯的經濟效(xiao)益,而(er)且能明顯改(gai)善(shan)室內(nei)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)舒適(shi)(shi)感(gan)和(he)室內(nei)空氣(qi)品(pin)質(zhi)。尤其是近(jin)年來(lai)隨(sui)著冰蓄冷技術的不(bu)斷(duan)應用,低溫送(song)(song)風作為冰蓄冷、變風量(liang)、低溫送(song)(song)風空調節(jie)能系統的一部分,越來(lai)越受到設計者(zhe)及業主的青睞,并得到迅(xun)速發(fa)展。
一(yi)、低溫送風系統(tong)概念
所(suo)謂低(di)溫(wen)送風,即(ji)空(kong)調系統的送風溫(wen)度為4~10℃,比常溫(wen)空(kong)調系統的送風溫(wen)度12~16℃低(di),因而稱為低(di)溫(wen)送風。
二(er)、低(di)溫送風中存在的問題
低(di)溫(wen)(wen)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)屬于非等溫(wen)(wen)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng),由(you)(you)于送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)較低(di),室(shi)內(nei)容易出現“冷風(feng)(feng)”很快下墜至工作(zuo)區(qu)(qu)或“熱風(feng)(feng)”浮于工作(zuo)區(qu)(qu)以上而不能(neng)與工作(zuo)區(qu)(qu)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)充分混合(he)的(de)問題。而且由(you)(you)于送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)通常(chang)低(di)于周圍空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)的(de)露點溫(wen)(wen)度(du),在(zai)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)口易產生“結霧”和滴水現象,破壞室(shi)內(nei)環境。盡(jin)管低(di)溫(wen)(wen)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)所需的(de)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)量(liang)減少可以降低(di)初投資和運行成本等,同(tong)時(shi)也引起了(le)室(shi)內(nei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)流動(dong)不暢,甚至有空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)滯留區(qu)(qu)的(de)出現。因此,低(di)溫(wen)(wen)送(song)(song)風(feng)(feng)對末端(duan)有一定的(de)要求。
三、新型(xing)末端送風系(xi)統-索克(ke)斯(si)纖維(wei)織(zhi)物風管

然而(er)采用可滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)性的纖(xian)維織物型末端送風(feng)系統,由于通過(guo)整體管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁纖(xian)維滲(shen)(shen)透(tou)冷氣(qi),在管(guan)壁外形(xing)成冷氣(qi)層(ceng),該冷氣(qi)層(ceng)阻止了(le)室內(nei)空氣(qi)與纖(xian)維管(guan)道(dao)(dao)表面接觸,從而(er)避免了(le)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁上凝結水的產生,即(ji)使在相對濕度高達(da)90%的場合也不會有產生結露(lu),徹底解決了(le)結露(lu)問題。
